      In my experience you need to examine each set of Icons (or any graphics package) for the terms of service. Many of the icon sets here do not require acknowlegement, but there are some that do and of course this has to be respected.

      Thanks for asking the question - as an Open Source software developer myself I'm a stickler for giving credit where credit is due when you use free resources.
