[Help] Is there a specific script for this?

You know those squeeze pages where they ask you a simple Yes/No question, upon clicking, it gives another set of question, 2-3 times before they ask you for your email address.

I'm planning to do something similar with 2 buttons (YES/NO) and 2-3 more other 2-option questions. Upon clicking the page will not change, only the options change. I do not need the answers recorded.

I'm trying to find sites that have that so I can see their source codes. Anyone have any sample sites that have this, or know how to implement this in html?

    You can do this very easily using the Form Manager plugin by Campbell Hoffman.

    Gravity forms makes this fairly easy. Of course you could code it from scratch but most people are better off paying a few dollars than taxing their brains.
