You will need to slice the images on photoshop. After you done with the slices, go to File, save for web and devices, after you setting what format for the images (jpg or gif or png), click save, it will open a new window.

    In the "settings", choose "others.."
Click next, next, until you see "Generate CSS" Referenced by ID.

And then you click ok. The site and css is will be generated by photoshop.

I hope this is useful for you.

    Cheers!

You will get HORRIBLE code like this. It will be bloated (possible very slow to load), need a whole lot of editing and be difficult to work with but if none of this is a concern then it yes is possible. OP should look at the code it generates and see. If you want to do anything with the site afterward that approach wil be a mess.

If you don't know anything about CSS and HTML you need to learn or pay someone to convert your design. Just using the default Photoshop generator for CSS is horrible. I don't recommend it. I know a guy who does conversions for pretty cheap and fast. His blog is over here: doctorweb20.com. I think there is a link in the upper right hand corner if I remember correctly. Best of luck.
