ClickBank Trust Badge Troubleshooting

I know we have a huge thread going - but it is more so for the general discussion of the new rules. Can we make this a thread for people having issues like my self?

Has anyone come across this when installing? In my ClickBank account the preview for the badge looks like this:

But when I install the code on my sales page, it looks like this:

Has anyone else had this happen? Not sure if there is an error on my website, or from the code ClickBank is generating.

Also I have noticed that since I installed the badge, my page on mobile devices is screwed up. Images not showing up, buttons not working, etc.

    You've put the script in - there's nothing you can change in it as it calls the Clickbank site.

    Which means Clickbank support would be the best place for this - it's their code (assuming the page worked OK before which I'm reasonably certain you said was the case in the other thread.

    If it was me, I'd put it on a demo page that they could look at and remove it from your live site until they fix it. But obviously that's your decision.

    I have seen at times the updates you make in your account will take a little while to reflect on your site. On mobile the badge turns into the header bar. I haven't experienced any issues in conflicts with other images or buttons.

    When I look at your webpage using IE, Firefox and Chrome, it doesn't look like your screenshot. The badge is in the lower left corner, and it is black on all of the browsers, but it doesn't move the rest of the page way to the right like your screenshot shows. It looks fine on all browsers to me. Have you checked your webpage on all browsers, it may be a problem with the browser you are using. And I do remember Clickbank saying in one of their messages that any changes you make with the trust badge may take a while on their system for the changes to take effect. You should contact Clickbank although I don't know if they will reply on the weekend.

      One additional problem I've noted, in addition to the issues that I mentioned in the other thread:

      If you have bottom right floater (I assume it may happen for other variants too but haven't tested it). It seems to work fine on pages I have tried, including when I vertically scroll.

      When I click the badge, the vertical scrollbar disappears, and the whole page appears to stutter/jump. This shows the detail on ClickBank. When I close that, the vertical scroll bar reappears, and the whole page appears to stutter/jump. These stutters are really annoying.

      These stutters are really annoying - surely there must be a better way that CB could handle this.
