SEO Tips for Joomla 1.5 please

Hi

I have just started using Joomla 1.5 in terms of building websites
(having not used Joomla in the past)

However, I do not find it as easy to use as "normal" html

So i was wondering what are the best tips that people have
with regards to ensuring you get Joomla to work well with regards to SEO
for getting good search engine rankings
