Is it Better To Have Wordpress the Main Index?

Hey Guys,

I am trying to get into the Martial Arts niche.

what should the index of my website be? is it more effective if the index is the wordpress blog itself?

or is there a better purpose for the main index page.

If you're looking to raise into the ranks of google's pages... Go with Wordpress. WP is found by most search engines more quickly than a manually coded website.

No addons needed (recommended though). Just install, edit/post, and advertise.

Well, you can use WP but then customize it so that it doesnt start showing your posts, maybe just show the topic / categories/ images and stuff on your main page, check out the revolution 2 Themes, they should be helpful .
