Strange URLs

Hi guys. I have some strange URLs coming up when I check for landing pages in my Google Analytics accounts. For instance: /?from=http://adf.ly/1SDmxr and /?from=http://adf.ly/1SDmxr. Apparently they're not related to my blog, so what are they?

    Well Adfly is a middleman that send visitors to your website, perhaps through advertisements. Are you advertising with Adfly? Do you have a backlink from another website that uses Adfly to send visitors to your website?

      No, I'm not advertising with them. I do have a couple backlinks but I'm not aware that they're advertising with Adfly. Why would I see their URL under landing pages though?

    Its spam. When people see it on their analytics, they will follow the link to see whats there. See this

      Thanks. I kind of thought it was. The directions in the link are (regex) are a bit technical. I will still try to see if I can exclude it. The spam seems to be making up the majority of my pageviews.
