Drop Down to Switch Themes

Anyone know of a plugin that I can have a top bar (not admin side) that you can switch between different themes. You can see what I am talking about on the top of this site

    Follow these steps:

    1] Use some theme that comes with the option of " Sticky Menu " or, use some sticky menu plugin.

    2] Next, Use some mega menu plugin. Such plugins also render images as menu items.
    Set the Mega menu items/URLs pointing to the destination pages/posts.
