Find a free template, strip it down to one page and edit it.

  The quickest way to get a landing page up is to use a customized template that is ready to use.
  
  Of course you can type in 'free landing page' in Google to find out.

it's really basic though. try doing a search for "free landing page templates" and learn html to get the best of it.
