  Basically:
  (1) find web hosting - Site5 hosting is good, Future Hosting is good for VPS, Hawk Host is good for budget, MDD Hosting. These are all companies we've used and still use (some)
  (2) install WordPress - using the auto installer in 5 seconds
  (3) choose WordPress template - in your case, Jupiter theme. I also recommend checking out those themes by StudioPress

If you're developer it will be easy, but if not just go the easy way and hire some freelancer.

If you need to get the website FAST, hire a web designer(can handle it for you) or if you have the time..... Make google and YouTube your friend to learn stuff like this.

  Uh, no. Not wordpress.com.
  
  If this is your first site ever you can:
  
  1. get your domain
  2. get some hosting (not same place as domain) Associate your domain with the new hosting.
  3. Change nameservers on that domain to point to your new hosting
  4. Install a database
  5. Install wordpress (downloaded from wordpress.org, and connect to the database
  6. delete all the gobbldy goo plugins you don't need
  7. find a theme and install that
  8. select your theme
  9. load up what plugins you will need to use
  10. Start adding your content
  11. Continue to tweek your design and the site
  
  Of course, this is purely a quick "technical" list not including anything about market research, domain selection, site architecture, traffic, list building, content creation, etc etc.
