Best free WordPress theme builders?

I'm going to start a couple of blogs and a website. I have always heard that WordPress is great. I have fiddled with it for a while and I'm really not a big fan. I find it very hard to customize the things the way I want them to be. I have no coding experience and it is not practical for me to learn.

I tried one free plug-in for building themes. I don't remember the name of it. It was the most popular WordPress theme builder plug-in. But I don't think it was that easy for me to use.

I've heard about Artisteer and Themeler. Artisteer seems to be a little expensive for me.
If anybody could recommend some free theme builders or ones under $20 I would truly appreciate it.

Thanks and is for the help.

This is a theme I am thinking about.
The SEO - Digital Marketing Agency WordPress Theme - WordPress

Since most themes come with page building software, does it basically comes down to which theme has the special features you like the most? Basically, how do you go about picking out a theme?

The theme and thinking about counts of the visual composer. Does that mean I can use visual composer with any other theme as well?

    Thanks for the advice.

Use Divi by Elegant themes. Costs $50 but it's good enough to use for just about any site you'll ever build and has unlimited editing options, so you can use it again and again.

I've been using it for pretty much every web design job I've had for the last two years.

Artisteer is worth the cost of that software. It will not just help you in creating WordPress themes, but you can also save the themes in HTML, Joomla and for some other platforms also. Why not just download the trial version because it will allow you to create a build themes for your WordPress.

I have tried the builder tool by "Site Origin". I really didn't like it. I have no doubt it works. It was just hard for me to use.

There have been a lot of great suggestions here, but I am leaning toward Template Toaster. It seems like a great deal with the one drawback being that it does not work with all WordPress templates only the ones from Toaster Template. However, you can start from scratch.

Does anybody have any advice regarding Template Toaster as a choice?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

You can't get any free theme/page builder that work with wordpress well. The best tool is "Visual Editor" but it's paid version and it's working cool. You can choice any other tool that you feel comfort.

Hmm.. you can just go to themeforest for wordpress themes. But if you really want to create your own wordpress theme, you can try Delight and Themify Builder. I know they're not free but they have a demo version.

Search for Virtue theme. It's free and also has a premium version. But, even with the free version you can already have access to it's theme options. This options can already allow you to use 90% of it's premium features. You can build an amazing site from scratch. This different from other free themes that limit you from creating highly custom sites.
