How to create RSS Feed

Hello,

I want to create RSS feed for my blog and a forum (just built)

Recently I discoveried a site that using their rss with feedburner

For example
when click on their link

Code:
http://www.webmastersun.com/external.php?type=RSS2&forumids=105
then it will be redirected to Feedburner with corresponded url like this

Code:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/webmastersun/makemoneyonline
I am using Wordpress and a Vb forum.

How to do that? please share your suggestions

    RSS is built in to WordPress. As a WordPress user your website already publishes an RSS feed. You can encourage visitors to subscribe to your RSS feed by adding an RSS icon to your sidebar or another prominent location. Just go to appearance > widgets > find the RSS widget and put it in one of your wigitized areas like a sidebar. That is all there is to it.
