Need Help Regarding Website design

Hi Everyone , I have created a website on wordrpress few days back.So i am wondering that is there is a best plugin so show latest notifications or update i want to make on one place where a buyer can read before placing a order....like if i want to make a update regarding pricing & i want my buyer to read or go through the update part before ordering ...Thanks

      Not sure he need a pluging can be a notification appear on the header so he need just a script to do this, for example if the site is about marketeplace can show up how many suppliers is online etc.

    You could simply create a "sticky" post - a post that always stays at the top of the others, and modify that with updates. There are also plenty of plugins that can give you a "pop-up" box for important updates. The style of notification does depend a lot on the style of your site, and how urgent your messages are.
