How to give customer password at purchase?
Hi,
I would like to put the link to my e-book on a private and password-protected Wordpress page.
Then I would like for the customer who purchases my product to receive the link and password at the time of purchase. Then he or she may go to the page, enter the password, and download the product.
Is anyone else doing something like this?
I use Paypal to receive payments and so far I can't figure out how to set up giving them the password.
Until I figure out how to provide the password to them, I just direct the customer to the private (but not password-protected) page.
