Has anyone tried Zenbership?

I see that zenbership is newly open source as it came up when I was looking for a CRM to go on one of my basic digital download sites.

How stable is this platform?
Any word on response times between pages when using it as an ecommerce service?

The sample sites provided are slick and fast, do you think those results are repeatable or are they staged?

it looks good on the surface, but too complicated, yet, too simple.
    Let me elaborate.
It seems another one-man operation (nothing wrong with that), but:
There is no point in trying to pack a thousand features into one bag, when at the same time, 998 features are incomplete. Better have only a dozen and make them all work properly.

    Example:
In admin, i can alter so many aspects of a member. Great!
But what's the point of it me, the admin, doing the job of a "Member"?

    Let's go deeper:
In admin, I can add an avatar for the member.
Logged in as a member - I can't even logout. All I see is my name.

    Great.

Besides that. Little to no "proper" documentation is available. When I say "proper" I mean documentation that gets down to the point.

Let's say, you're trying to find out how to ride a horse and all you find is: You need to buy or rent a horse to be able to ride it. ... HELOOO?!

Nope. I'd say zenbership was a good attempt, but one of the worst execution of an attempt. Logic seems to be missing a lot, Explanation is useless and what puts the sour icing on top of it - support is aroogant with a huge ego,

    Waste of time.
