Is this interior design store modern?

We run a modern furniture interior design store where we sell contemporary designed products for home and office.

But it is not always easy to keep the site as good looking as the products.

The design is square (old school) but the menus, images and such are modern so I think it's modern enough.
You can always "spice it up" a bit by changing the header background and cutting the corners in a round shape, using shadows and so on.

The black and white theme is very modern, as mentioned above, you can easily make the design even more modern by making rounded edges instead of pure square, add drop shadows, add a bit of gloss, make it a bit more 2.0, but not too over the top.
