What is the best program for web design?

I use Adobe Photoshop, wich is great for me

There's another free software that you can download called GIMP, it's pretty decent, but not as good as Photoshop in my opinion.

The programs i use are Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamveawer, as Cheesy said Gimp is free and decent alternative for Photoshop.
