What to do with this nicely developing Forex site? Partner, hire guru?

Hi,

I have been developing a Forex website for the last three years as a side project.

The site has been constantly gaining generic search traffic, see attached statistics. It ranks for some important Forex keywords in the top 3.

The website mainly consists of automatically generated content which is constantly updated. There is no human intervention needed for day-to-day operations. There are several language versions which are also automatically updated. The content is highly useful for traders so many visitors register and return.

I feel that the site now needs someone with good marketing skills for further marketing actions. Also one needs to optimize the placement of Forex broker ads. And probably there are tons of other things one can optimize marketing-wise.

As I am involved in several projects me and my programmers can only push this project by doing more programming/configuration/technical works when needed.

I am not sure whether hiring a marketing expert or going into a partnership with a marketing specialist is the right approach. Hiring a full-time marketing person is not feasible yet. One could for example share revenue with a marketing specialist, or several who are native speakers of the language of the respective country versions.

If you have specific suggestions on how to develop this project to its full fruition or feel that you want to be involved I would like to hear your ideas.

In any case I feel that my automated-content generation approach has a big potential since the site has been able to rank for some important keywords without any manual content creation. So its only a matter of targeting more keywords with the same tools in the various languages.

Looking forward to hear from you.
