I have e book templates written in open office and am down to the point of editing the cover to include my titles. It looks as if they are in adobe which I don't own. I downloaded something called gimp ( a free adobe knock off). Does any one know a simpler way to get a title to show up on one of book covers? Thanks in advance Jim |

Well, you can right click on that image and select "Copy" from the menu that comes up. Then open up the GIMP, go to File->Acquire->"paste as new" Edit your image, save it, and then replace the original image in your document. |

Hi again, The gimp I downloaded does not have file acquire paste as new. I did what you suggested and copied the image, opened a new page and tried to paste it but no image on the clipboard. I just sent a PM to Tracy Yates. It looks like that is the author. Thanks again for time and consideration....Jim |
