Under-performing Landing Page - Please Critique!

G'day,

Been working on this page design for far too long and now, it's finally up.
Not getting the conversions I'm after, so I was wondering if any of you kind-hearted souls would give us a critique .

The site is: Access 300+ Million Cell and Landline Reverse Telephone Data!.

    I like the top, not the bottom. Also, I would fix top bar to be responsive. And then maybe to fix bottom do 2 columns with icons for each column or something like that.

    Here are my feedback after review:

    *Website it not responsive.
    *There is no option to share it on social media.
    *Font-size is looks small.
    *Sample report image is not clear on home page.
    *After performing search there is no link to come back on homepage except browser arrow.
    *Something is written below checkout page, it is not visible. Font-size is very small.

    These are the points need to be fixed.
