Default Any thoughts on creating mini-site for affiliates?

Any thoughts on the best way to create a mini-site for my affiliates? I am interested in supplying my affiliates with free websites. The site would include their affiliate codes (tracked by Affiliate Future). Any thoughts on what is the best way to do this?

We sell physical products (dietary supplements, etc.) Should product feed be set up for each product? What is the best way to set everything up?

Any thoughts or direction would be appreciated. We may also be interested in working with someone in helping us to set this up.

Thanks for your insight and help,

Andy

Hi, Andy. I've done this before in a large corporate setting by using individual subdomains and a database. This is reasonably simple, especially if you already have a company website and you want each affiliate to have a clone of all or part of that site.

If your site is www.yourdomain.com, then each affiliate who signs up could choose a different subdomain, like george.yourdomain.com, bestsales.yourdomain.com, etc. The database keeps track of the association between the subdomain, the affiliate ID, and any other branding info that you want to include on each affiliate site, and some PHP is added to each page to generate the correct tracking links and branding.

I'd be happy to work with you on setting it up. Please PM me if you want to pursue an arrangement.

Thanks.

Steve
