New ways to make money?

I'm posting here because site design is what initially got me here before I discovered infinite number of ways you can make money using the internet and a telephone. My question is what are the new ideas that are generating big money? I plan on cold-calling and targeted calling for Business Optimization which I will start with re-designing their web sites. I know I can make money doing this but I am wondering of the other gold mines being used today? Particularly low-budget start-ups but also medium and higher cost projects as I plan to sell a **** load of web sites to people.
