How to shorten my blog post so home page isn't so long

My first page,home page, consists of my blog posts. How can I shorten them so that when you see them you can just click "see more" to see the whole post rather than the whole post being shown and making the home page so lengthy

    I assume you are using Wordpress, so you've said it yourself already, just use the "More" tag at the appropriate place when writing you posts: See Here.
