Hey there, I have a background in web development. I can tell you that there are loads of free resources out there to create a squeeze page. I recommend working with Word Press. do a quick search for "free squeeze page wordpress themes". The themes or templates that developers are creating today are top notch quality because of course they'd like to sell their "premium version" of the theme which comes with more features.

A basic free squeeze page however, will give you what you need. Anybody can then make edits to the page either through the websites control panel, ftp, or even from the wordpress dash board. A good theme would actually make it easy enough for you to do it with built in theme options and you wouldn't need any knowledge of the technical stuff needed to edit the code.

You can also use the terms "Squeeze", "Landing", "Splash" to find the theme/template you need.

You can also buy a premium theme that is built specifically to convert with all the best practices already implemented from a website called Theme Forrest. There are similar market places that can be found if you just type in Squeeze page themes but I find that the Theme Forest Evato market place is by far the biggest and attracts top tier developers from all over the world. They're like 10-25 dollars and everything you need will be right there.

The only catch about this is there will be a very small learning curve involved in setting up or configuring your theme either free or paid to customize it and add your content. Dont worry though all of these themes will include a read me file, or video tutorials on how to set it up.

Overall this is a super simple process and if you have someone who has technical knowledge about this helping you it can be done in minutes.

Alternatively, you can simply hire a freelancer on guru or freelancer to do this for relatively cheap. Keep in mind, the cheaper you get someone to do this the more they might leave you with doing on your own so I recommend finding someone who speaks your native language and is willing to provide support after the job is over.
