Starting an eCommerce Site and Need help

Hello, guys.
I am starting an eCommerce site but struggling with managing my team as we all are working in our permanent positions. Time is a very big issue amongst us, we live a bit far from each other and our schedules don't match up. We are currently stuck in the site development stage and not moving at all.

I need help getting passed this stage but don't know where to start all I know is that I cannot afford to get people to develop the site for, I have a bond I don't want to break with the team thus i cannot just form a new team, The domain is registered and ready, there's 1 developer plus me which makes 1.5 developers, and one other guy who's our HR manager slash everything that's paperwork related and I'm just everything else both developer and paperwork guy.

The reason I'm starting this company is because there are a lot of young entrepreneurs where i stay that know I know can go big but lack the platform to sell their stuff online.

If anybody that has started such a business, please help.

    What kind of help are you after? As in what kind of platform are you after? What are you selling exactly?
    Have you a theme? Are you developing a theme? Lay it all out here and you'll have some hope of getting help.

    I have the exact same questions as above:

    1) Have you chosen a software to use?

    2) Do you have a hosting account?

    3) Do you have your product information ready to enter?

    4) Do you have your payment gateway(s) and shipping gateway(s) chosen?

    5) I'm not really sure of the exact type of advice you're asking for with such little information provided.

    With such resources, I would go for Saas solution- all successful companies have right memento and time to market. It is up to you if you wish to burn hours on development or you want to setup the business. In IdosellShop we are focused on our job so shop owners are focused on selling- you neither have time not budget for development- not the way to to win this race.

    A great place to start an E-commerce business is Ebay,

    Ive been selling items on ebay using a technique called "Dropshipping", this means I don't ever touch a single product, or manage customers orders, nor do i have to invest capital into stock, because I only purchase the item once I get a sale.

    I'm simply the middle man and the great thing is, most of this is on autopilot!

    I'm doing more than 100 sales per day.

    Firs you need a plan, then your timeline for your tasks and deliverables. Assign task to members and create deadlines. For me, distance and time of work is not important as long as you meet the deadline and deliver quality of work.
