How to create a website like http://www.watchfree.to/?

So, I want to create a wordpress website which somewhat has a similar concept like Putlocker - Watch Movies Online Free, I will put some TV show on it, but not TV series or movies like the website above. I will put some other type of shows like Comedy, Cooking, Talent shows etc. But i don't know where or how to get all that old data from? meaning the previous data, I don't want it from multiple sources, The source should be one. I am not going back too much i just want 2016 programs data. So is there a way i can get all that from somewhere somehow for free or very less investment and i am not talking about America or UK because i am not from there, I mean if someone no matter where he lives in the world want to create a website like this and want the TV programs data where can He/She get it for free or very less investment. So please tell me and please first tell me the free ways and than move on to the next ways which includes money. Also, i don't have any experience in programming or creating websites which is why i am going to do this with wordpress this will be my first website so i will be learning and doing at the same time. So, please feel free to give me any good free sources and to learn all about that good informative stuff like marketing and seo stuff and some good suggesstions for the website i want to create and one more thing that is there a course or a way where i can do learning by doing (learn WP by creating a pratice website).
