Does my "Login/Register" allow you to register on my site?

See my homepage. At upper left should be a drop-down list you can access by clicking that triple bar icon. The 'Login/Register' should be at very bottom....I am attempting to verify if users can actually register themselves on my site? Please advise....if you can supply a screen capture - screenshot of what that looks like, please do. Thank you

    This is what I was wondering. I am trying to understand why there is no form in my theme that allows potentials users to register. How to find out how to fix this....would you know? I can see a login page on MY SCREEN but others are verifying no where to "register"
