Hi, I like the site, it's nice and clean and not cluttered.


One improvement I would make. Where you have ASB Trailers is a Sydney based company that produces Car Trailers, Motorbike Trailers, Go Kart Trailers, and all kinds of top & high quality trailers for its customers...............


I would put all the benefits of buying from you in a bullet point list so it stands out more. People buy benefits as 'what's in it for me'. Why should I buy a trailer from this company?


So sell your benefits on your website and make sure they stand out proud.

One suggestion if I may - you might want to optimise that main hero image of the trailer at some point. It's coming up at over 2MB and it took a while to appear on my meagre connection.

Your site look good except enlarge the "Our Services" section so that it could stand out.

Not bad. Your website looks neat and it has everything you need to know about the business on the homepage. The color scheme looks nice as well, nothing awkward-looking and out-of-place. I just noticed that your website took quite a long time to load. Checked your website on my phone and the mobile version looks good as well.

sorry but I disagree. there's a lot to optimize and I don't get this "looks so good..." bullshit feedback. this won't help anybody:

- the huge pic takes forever to load. this is a nogo for google ranking and for user experience
- the header area is not good. telephone number, then (at my screen) a huge gap. then the logo almost overlaps with the image. on the product page (also takes forever to load) the logo is tiny. looks like a mistake.
- why 2x the telephone number? once at the top and then right below in the logo?
- the white font above the pic, especially the copy, is hard to read
- why does the picture move actually?
- i don't really get this slider thing... maybe you're still working on it
- it took me a while to figure out that these 3 tabs on the left have a mouseover function. not sure if this is optimal but... keep it.
- copy is kind of boring. "we do this... we do that..." - it doesn't engage with the audience at all. no emotion here...
- same with next part: "Our services". if 24 months service is such a great thing why is in small font but not in the headline??!

i didn't read the part in the middle... but at the bottom:
- there are 3 telephone numbers. how should I know which one to call? why do you give me 3 options??
- "contact us": isn't that just the street address? actually here you should find the telephone number. but I'm not a native, just doesn't seem super logical to me. so you've got a headline that doesn't fit to the information you give and the address is in small font again. and "hidden" after a "we are located in". had you put just the address in larger font everybody would have gotten it.
- btw your contact form says "YOU EMAIL"

I have taken a deep look at your website and it is designed very well, it is responsive. You just need to work on following points:

1. Website is taking time to open.
2. Slider is shaking in first time loading.
3. Without reading its service paragraph it is not clear that you are renting trailer or selling.
4. Since cart has been added it is not proceeding to checkout page. So if you want to get online payment add a checkout page or mention that you will sell it on site(physical location).
5. There is no medium to promote it, no social media icon or comment box.
6. No more images or content on pages but it still feel very heavy to upload.
7. Website has no targeted location or audience. Are you providing trailer service worldwide or your locality only. Mention location on your website to get real traffic.
8. It is not easy to solve mechanical issues over phone. You have mentioned phone number. Kindly mention your support method that you will provide support on off site on site.
9. Add more images of different-2 vehicle trailer. You may symbolic images too. Visitor can get idea with that.
10. Make sure slider is sliding properly and not showing effects on single image only.
11. Meta tags has been used properly to define keywords to support SEO.
