    The most important part of every website is its relevance and quality of web design and content to targeted keywords. You should start your analysis from your competition: find out that makes them more successful and try to beat them in every way. You might want to consider hiring a SEO pro who can make the whole process easier for you (but more expensive)

    A few things off the top of my head that I would try and fix for better UX:

    1. Your menu blends into the background making it hard to view.
    2. Your call to action "View our portfolio" could be a bit more prominent. Perhaps a more solid background to make it stand out more.
    3. Great work on your portfolio, but I would look into keeping it less busy.
    4. Consider moving to a litespeed server or optimizing with CDN's to speed up your site.
