How to block horizontal scrolling?

I have a website (http://www.bestosttopst.org/), I design this website very rapidly but did a mistake, when I checked this design on mobile view, then it allow horizontal scrolling. I checked the entire code but not found anything, I have the permanent blocking solution but I don’t want to use overflow-x: hidden; I need horizontal scrolling in some pages so I am looking for the temporary solution for blocking horizontal scrolling?
