FRUSTRATING --- SLIDER ISSUES

WEB DESIGN

I'm trying to adjust the 2nd slider where it is cutting off the head of the person.

Working Demo – ABMI

How can I adjust the photo so it will fit into the slider correctly?

I tried to make it smaller, now it looks pixelated...

Any help is welcomed!

Find the exact dimensions your slider needs a picture to be and only use photos that match or that you can adjust the size in Photoshop / GIMP / or other.
