    If you need really good logo, I would suggest you to hire someone and create the logo for you.

    Anyway, if you want a simple logo, without spending any money to it, open the photoshop and create one of the simple text. Minimalist design is modern these days. Besides you won't need to register to those free logo services and look for ways how to remove their watermarks from their (most of them) shitty logos.

    I guess it depends on the quality that you want, but for a pretty basic one for a blog etc I have used this before:

    This one is ACTUALLY free too, I did this same research before and many of them will let you design it for free but then when you go to download it that's where they make you pay before allowing you to download it.
