Which one better coupon offering website provider or normal website provider ?

I want to know which one is better as i want to build a website for my business.
Some website offer coupon for making website as a result they becoming cheap at price and some are not. Where to go ?
If i go with the cheap one the features will be the same as normal websites?

    there are many services online that are cheap or free. most have many disadvantages. i suggest you try some free trial hosting to test. search on google.

    It's something you should decide for yourself. Compare the bang you are going to get for your buck and then decide. Keep in mind that many hosting review websites are more motivated by the size of the affiliate commissions paid by the providers than the actual quality of their services. Additionally, many of the promotions would mean that your first year or month will be really cheap, but after the promo period expires, the full price would be quite high. You could use a promo for your first year and then move to a different provider after that and jump from promo to promo every year or you could pick a hosting that's reasonably priced in general and stick with it. I personally don't like changing hosting so often, but I sometimes do that.
