Does WF have a Mentor Apprentice type partnerships?

As someone who is fairly new to Web Development. I was wondering if WF or any other websites have a mentor apprentice type of partnerships.

More like giving back to the community. The mentor guides the apprentice and in return when the apprentice is good at it, they find someone they can help.

Thus paying it forward.

    New here not sure about the partnerships/mentorship.
