There's no plugin although some free themes such as Mantra and Parabola have options to change navigation bar.

If you're looking for reliability then always go for paid plugins because it offers staff and technical support for the software. Best one out there are following.

    1. WP clean up optimizer

    2. Ajax search pro

    3. cart66

It's beyond me how people start suggesting various plugins immediately whenever someone asks a WordPress question.

How could a plugin possibly know how to edit a random guy's theme and its CSS code? The ID's and classes for menus and other elements are different in almost every single template out there.

Unless you have some sort of an artificially intelligent plugin, you're not going to get anywhere with this approach.

What you need to do is this:

    1. Be on Google Chrome
    2. Right click on a menu item you wish to change
    3. Choose Inspect from the right click menu
    4. Memorize or write down the id/class name of your element
    5. Go into the theme editor
    6. Find the stylesheet file
    7. Edit the element you memorized

If you don't know how to CSS then there are plenty of tutorials for that on the internet.

    You're welcome.
