Automatic Newsletter Plugin?

I'm looking for a wordpress plugin that will take the posts on a blog and automatically send it out to my list as a text format newsletter after so many posts.

Does anyone know of a plugin for this?

This particular list is in Constant Contact.

The can be done with Aweber order.aweber.com

They have a feature that monitors RSS feeds. When you update your blog the RSS is updated and then it triggers your email to be sent.
