Hi guys

I have a few questions for my first website:

1. Should I use my real name or an onscreen moniker? Does it affect the trust of the readers?
2. I thought of a generic theme like investment instead of a very niche one like options trading. The reason is I will have diversified visitors (perhaps more than a niche one), more products to sell, more affiliate programs to offer. Is this a good idea?
3. I want to make video without a real person in it but instead using animation or slides. Is this feasible?

Either way is fine, just get started. Looking more personal is better than generic professional if you ask me.

I have thought about this a lot too. What I found is best it to use a nick-name for yourself but don't hide who you are. The internet is to transparent today for pen names.

Great way to put your site together, focus on one topic at a time, then add new categories as you go along. Your visitors will most likely have interest in similar categories and products but it will work best if you can build valuable resource for one at a time. Make sense?

Hmm...what about gathering feedback from visitors? Which method is better?

1 post is enough to launch your blog.
To edit your images can use GIMP or Illustrator.
GIMP is free and easy to use but if you never used it in the past could be a little overwhelming at the beginning. If you have some time to dedicate it there are many tutorials on Youtube on how to learn to use GIMP, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Should include affiliate programs in every articles i wrote? Is it better to state the name of the program or it is better to embed into a certain phrase.
