In the future, you might want to consider using a unique ftp agent/software I found and use exclusively called Web Drive.

I love it, as it displays just like your folders on your computer. You just drop and drag with no confusing ftp client interface.

You can download it for about $40. It's been a godsend for me. I love it! It's especially good for shared hosting... with all your domains easily seen as folders after you log in and connect.

Check it out at web drive dot com

Looks like Tristan helped you out... hope so!

Good luck...
Christine

You can get the same function for free in most CPanel accounts. It's called Web Disk.

I've gone through a tonne of different FTP clients before settling on my favorite.

I use FireFTP - it's a Firefox plugin so I can use it from right inside my browser, it makes life so much easier.

It's also completely free. If you want to check it out you can go to FireFTP - The Free FTP Client for Mozilla Firefox

I agree with Kezz as I've used a varietal of FTP software as well. FireFTP is in my opinion the easiest and does the job for me every time + I've never had an issue with it timing out during transfer.
