List of Plug in & Themes "Must Have" for a sale website

Dear all,

I am planning to develop a website to sell foods base on Wordpress. Could you advise me
  • Themes to be be installed, optimized for SEO (free is the best but I can afford less than 50 usd if I have to buy)
  • List of plug in (free)
  • What others I need to do for developing this

I am a newbie, I don not know much on Website developing. I am happy with all your advise but simple is the best for me

    SEO themes? Not really such a thing even though Im sure someone markets such a thing. At the end of the day, SEO is up to the developer.

    Now Siteorigin is a good free page builder.

    But really I only have 1 must have plug-in, Slider Revolution.
    It's not free, but its like $30 so its cheap and ridiculously useful. You can create your entire site with it and have 100% control over responsiveness.

      Some guys tell me to use Woocommerce Themes. It's free. Do you have any experience on this Theme? I am trying to test. And by the way, let me think about Slider Revolution plug in.

        U can do anything with any theme if you really put your mind to it so I don't pay to much attention to what theme I use. As far as I know, the only thing that really makes a theme Woo compatible is that its indicated in the PHP files that Woo is compatible and its done with something called Loops, but you can make any theme be compatible - and I believe even if you dont, Woo still works fine, you will just see the warning message is all.... But to be safe just go with a Woo theme.
