It's free and then I upsell on the thank you page by sending them directly to a click bank to offer for affiliate marketing. Click bank offer seems pretty enticing and also has a recurring fee and high gravity.
I'm using click funnels, it is just a picture of my book cover next to a description of what's inside such as making money And building good content. Below that I have a list of what is the take away point from every chapter essentially. A timer counting down the offer time. Brief disclaimer.
