need advice to run a prediction league online

I'm after some advice or help.
we do private prediction league,predicting results for the pdc premier league darts each season.
at the moment,my mate runs it on facebook, and each week before the deadline we give him our scores/winners name etc by entering them on the fb darts page he set up. only downfall with this is that everyone can see each others scores as they are entered. some people hold out till last minute to see what others have put to give them an advantage,as there are different point systems.
im trying to find away where he can be administrator,but we can enter our scores online in secret,then when they are all in he can release them for all to see.


hope this is enough info, im just not sure if there are any free software that can do this, I cant seem to see a widget of set up on fb to do it.

    ive been looking about and found this one for the type of thing we want but more basic.


    if it opens up on another league, all the prediction leagues are on the left,
    scroll down to the one that says premier league darts 2017, then the link that says next match

    there will be 5 matches per Thursday night. is there a way to create this form for players to log in and enter their 5 scores. that's as basic as I want it for now.
    any free places this can be done
    the administrator can see all the scores everyones put in secret then release them to everyone before the match


    games start soon so need to get something or its back to the public platform of facebook
