Automatically Adding Locations To A Map

I'm scratching my head trying to work out how to do this. On the home page of a site (preferably in a widget), I'd like a Google map.

Then, when I add a new post, with postcode, I'd like that location to add itself to the map on the home page.

Does anyone know a map plug in that will allow me to do that?

    I've tried it. It doesn't do any of the things you claim, as far as I can tell. Guess I should ask on a real Wordpress forum.
