Hi!

I have such problem ( I have a lot of target traffic on my web site , but very low rate of registrations).
And I don't know what is the problem. May be somebody can help me to find a problem.

    First you should checked website analytics than you know about your bounce rate . I think your website bounce rate really very high. Is it right.?

    I suggest posting a link to your website so people can test it and say what's wrong.

    Your website has several fundamental problems.

    First (and most important) problem is that your website does not tell a story to its visitors.
    You have a header that is good for robots, but not for humans. It's just a bunch of keywords.
    Your header should summarize what your service does by one short sentence (or two, that's what subheader is for) so customers can grasp it instantly.
    For example: Reduce your ad expenses with automatic keyword tracking and clickfraud mitigation.
    Right under your header you have a testimonial block... Is it really that important so you put it there? On the contrary, the most important thing on your website (a call to action) is a tiny button that sits at the very bottom of your site.
    That list can go on and on.

    Second problem, has everything to do with bounce rate too. Your website looks unprofessional.
    Bad design. Site looks like it was put together from several different webpages 15 years ago, each with its own styling. Overuse of shadows, different forms, colors etc. I'd suggest using a template (or, if it's your primary business, hiring someone who can design).
    Your copy is riddled with typos, it needs fixing ASAP.
    Etc etc etc.
