You're missing social proof. No doubt this fitness regiment has worked for you (because it's your own), but there's no evidence on the sales page that says it has worked for anyone else.

Also, the sales video could be better. There should be something in there that gives people a reason to want to learn more, like testimonials or a piece of information we've never seen. Plus, going back to the first point, why should anyone listen to you? Yeah you've seen some success in the gym, but so have I, see what I mean?

many people do encounter the same problem at starting point, learning new things about content may relieve you. the page itself should look good to gain traffic.

    Hi,

I agree with nicolasmd2112. There some essential ingredients of successful sales page.
If follow this you would definitely got traffic.
1: Headlines that make promises and demand attention
2: Opening paragraphs that promise and persuade
3: Stories that reveal the reasons behind the offer
4: Details that foster rapport and credibility
5: Subheads that stop scrollers and make reading easy
    6: Anxiety-reducing testimonials
7: Proof that your product or service actually works
8: An offer they can’t refuse
    9: A risk-free environment
10: A solid close that gets your “buy” button clicked

I hope this can help you.
    Thanks

Reduce your page load time. You have a huge banner in your header. It loads forever, and it needs to be compressed.
You have (dup) in your page title. What is that, do you want to dupe your customers?
Your call to action button blends in that overdesigned page. That's really bad.
Your social media proof states huge numbers, but is unclickable. That's really bad too.
I'd suggest using a landing page template. It helps avoid mistakes. Then use a software that track user behavior (i'd suggest Yandex.Metrica, it's free) and try to figure out what you can improve.
