I have no idea if there is a plugin, but just be aware that software translations are usually full of mistakes. If you want to do it right, you'll need to hire someone to at least proof read a translated version, if not to do the full translation itself. Also, keep in mind that a language will vary greatly from country to country, and even region to region. For example, in the US, we speak a bastardized version of English. I refer to it as American. A classic example is the word 'bum'. It has two very different meanings in our two countries. Mexicans speak a bastardized version of Spanish, and those close to the border with the US speak with a load of made-up words that people from central Mexico would have no clue about. I'd suggest using a translation that is closest to the native language you want to use, unless your target market is more geographically specific. |

If you look in the Joomla extension directory, there are several components that add multi language support. Joom!Fish is the most popular. extensions.joomla.org/extensions/languages/multi-lingual-content |

It's supposed to provide visitors with the opportunity to see the site, the whole site, in their native or preferred language. I've found other language packs to use with JoomFish, but I can't figure out how to install them. Is there a tutorial on this somewhere? I can't find one. |
