Should i create a landing page and a website? or is one enough

Hi,

I am about to start working on a new website. Its a service website for music artist and producers, where we promote there music videos and content.

I was wondering should i create a landing page to draw customers in and to get there email address?

I didnt want to put the pricing on the homepage of the website as it is a video media site so all the videos will be on the homepage. What do you recommend i should do?

Create a new page on my website (Pricing) or (Submit). Or should i create a seperate landing page for the customer to make payment and put in there contact information (Email list).

    It all depends on what type of marketing approach that you are willing to follow.

    Firstly, If you are good at paid traffic sources and want instant results go for only landing pages to collect leads.

    Secondly, If you still believe google is the king of all traffic sources and want to make people reach your website for free and organic manner then go for SEO, correction: By free i didn't mean entirely for free, in this world nothing is free, i meant free of money but you have to spend lot's effort and time to create a quality content which people likes and engage with to optimize your website.

    Thirst is the best of all methods, combine both SEO and paid traffic. Combine both landing pages and websites together, so that whenever people browse on your webpage, landing pages should pop up or place any where at the side as a flyer, and finally place an ad.

    Collecting email addresses is always a great idea and maybe your lead magnet can have something to do with free music downloads or some other music related feature. This sounds like a great website idea that can evolve into a monetized membership in your industry. Very cool stuff
