Ok to use non TLD for landing page?

If I am only creating a landing page to capture emails and then send them to an affiliate offer or PPC, can I use a cheap domain or should I buy a TLD for each and every offer? I used the search function and found no answers. Maybe I am wording the question wrong but wont it get expensive once you have multiple campaigns set up?
