Whats a good place to get some talent for Graphics design?

I have experience with providers from Elance.com, and would say you have plenty of selection and enough feedback/ratings information as well as opportunity to interact with the service provider to make a good decision.

But you can always try these other places as well:
* "Warriors for Hire" in this forum,
*Guru.com,
* RentACoder.com

google search is a good site to find a good web designer, just post there and sooner or later you receive a reply from them

Have never really gone wrong with guru.com

The programmers are rated and you will get to see some of their work before you hire them. It is very competitive and, depending on what kind of work you are looking for, you will have multiple bids within 24 hours.
