Hi Everyone, I know this is a really easy one for most of you.. Still is not making since to me. lol.. I'm slowly getting there. Setting up a digital product site, my payment links set up ok, but when asked for my download link for customers to download product, My hosting site it is a zip file. ? under directory product/ product.zip I am lost from there Does anyone have any info links for these instructions. Purchasing digital products myself always a download link to zip file. Never a problem, it can't be that complicated. I hope I explained enough..... I most likely need to sleep and start over tomorrow usually makes things easier..... Thanks for your help I know I have a long way to go. I'm slowly getting there after a year too long. Respectfully, Kim |

Hi Kim If the file is in the root dir of you web server, then the link would be: http://domainname.com/product.zip If you have it in a sub dir like myproducts, then it would be: http://domainname.com/myproducts/product.zip Hope that helps you out. Have a Great Day! |
