Wordpress Design Question
Street Theme - Street Theme | Just another WordPress weblog
Thematic - ThemeShaper | Shaping WordPress Themes
When I try and add a custom header using the "Street" theme options, it comes out like this: Examine Thyself | "An unexamined life is not worth living" Socrates
I emailed the developer and his response was the following:
1. The div with the id branding has a width of 960px. The div with the
id header has is full width so if you put a background on this div and
then create another image that will look ok in the branding div then
things should look just fine.
I'm trying to figure what exactly he means by this...Any one out there with a clue.
Also, how can I remove each page name from showing up at the top of each page?
His response was:
2. The easiest way to do it is by CSS. Target h1.entry-title and give
it display:none.
Where do I find what he is looking for? I've looked thru the stylesheet.css many times and have yet to see this. Of course, I could be overlooking because it all runs together after a while.
Thanks for listening and I hope someone can help me out there.
